OVERVIEW
Each Covacci piece is crafted to order through our premium production partner. Due to our made-to-order production model, we have specific guidelines for returns and quality issues.

QUALITY ISSUES
• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt
• Include clear photos of the issue and your order number
• Email claims to: [email protected]
• Valid quality issues will be addressed at our expense

LOST PACKAGES
• Claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days of estimated delivery date
• Contact us immediately if tracking shows unusual delays

RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS
Due to our made-to-order production model:
• We cannot accept returns for change of mind
• Size exchanges are not available
• Returns for fit issues are not accepted
• All sales are final

EU CUSTOMERS
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. As each Covacci piece is produced to order, sales are final.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
For hygiene reasons, any items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed cannot be returned under any circumstances.
